Returns for faulty or incorrect goods
Please contact us so that we are able to give you the workshop address for returns.
Please return the item to us unused in it's original packaging within 7 days of receipt of your order to the address that we will give you. Please don't forget to include your name and return address.
If we find that the incorrect product that has been returned to us is not in a fully re-saleable condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Returned parcels remain your responsibility until received by us.
We recommend that the customer takes out postal insurance for items with a value of more than $50.50
Return Exclusions* from our 'good will' returns policy.
Items that have been personalized or monogrammed, hairbrushes or earrings for pierced ears. Any product with a broken seal e.g. After Shave Balm.
Our 'good will' returns policy means that we will refund you for items returned to us in a saleable condition that you don't want - we're not legally required to do this. We do not pay return postage. There is a restocking fee of 10% (minimum $13.50) for this service. This does not affect your legal rights.
