Our Guarantee

Firstly, as stated in our corporate crest, our motto is: Quality & Tradition by Design. This means that whilst we produce many traditionally designed items, we also produce innovative new designs all the time, both for general sale but also for specific corporate requirements.

Secondly, all our products are guaranteed top quality in all aspects of their making, from raw materials through to the high standard of workmanship by skilled craftsmen and craftswomen.

As a result we are confident that you will not find these same products on sale elsewhere at prices comparable with those offered by Annabel Chaffer.

In the unlikely event of this occurring, we shall refund you twice the difference, without any quibble. Simply send us the receipt and name and address of the store from which you bought the item and we shall be in contact with you. Contact us in the first instance through our Contact Centre here.

Annabel Chaffer unreservedly guarantees that our products will give 100% satisfaction in every way.

Returns

In the unlikely event of you needing to return an item to us, please contact us through our Contact Centre here for further instructions. We have offices, warehouses as well as postal addresses at different locations in several countries, so it is important on these rare occasions for us to direct any Return to the correct office, which is dependent upon in which country you are resident.

Exchanges

In the event of an item being incorrectly dispatched to you, being the wrong color or size, then please contact us through our Contact Centre here for further instructions. We have offices, warehouses as well as postal addresses at different locations in several countries, so it is important on these rare occasions for us to direct any Exchange to the correct office, which is dependent upon in which country you are resident.

Receipts

We would welcome being sent the original credit card/debit card receipt when sending any goods back to us, as this will help us to process your query much quicker than would otherwise be the case.

If you have mislaid the relevant receipt, then please supply us with the original Order #, date of purchase and any other relevant facts that will help us to identify your original Order.

Replacement Items

Whilst Annabel Chaffer aims to maintain high standards throughout our operation and despite products made in the workshops going through our Quality Control measures, human errors can occur that necessitate replacement items being dispatched. In such instances, please contact us through our Contact Centre here for further instructions. Please do not attempt to simply mail back such items to an address that you may find on this website, as this could result in the item going missing that results in no replacement item being sent to you.

In the case of urgent replacement items, we can dispatch replacements before receiving back the faulty item. However, in such a case, we would need to charge your credit card/debit card again pending the faulty item being received back by us, when a credit will be made to your card account. In these cases, please note that outgoing shipping and handling charges will be waived.
