Whilst Annabel Chaffer aims to maintain high standards throughout our operation and despite products made in the workshops going through our Quality Control measures, human errors can occur that necessitate replacement items being dispatched. Please do not attempt to simply mail back such items to an address that you may find on this website, as this could result in the item going missing that results in no replacement item being sent to you.
In the case of urgent replacement items, we can dispatch replacements before receiving back the faulty item. However, in such a case, we would need to charge your credit card/debit card again pending the faulty item being received back by us, when a credit will be made to your card account. In these cases, please note that outgoing shipping and handling charges will be waived.
