Shipping Addresses

In order to ensure the timely dispatch of goods ordered from Annabel Chaffer, it is incumbent upon all customers to provide an accurate Shipping Address. Whilst ordering, a verification of this address is carried out in real-time in the background, alongside anti-fraud checks, as well as other specific checks. Any incorrect shipping address may result in the Order being cancelled immediately, without further recourse to the customer.

Shipping and Handling Charges

The majority of orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt, but because of the nature of our goods being substantially 'custom' made, there may be a delay of a few extra days before dispatch occurs.

If at any time there is a backlog of goods awaiting either the arrival of raw materials or awaiting one of our craftspeople in the workshops, we will notify you by email of any longer delay. In all cases the wait for such 'custom' made goods will be more than worthwhile.

Shipping and Handling Charges include order processing, picking, packing, shipping, customer service and other costs related to providing you a high quality service.

Standard

Orders are processed through our warehouses and when ready are shipped via standard delivery for as little as $9.95.

Orders will normally arrive in 3 to 6 business days after dispatch. Please allow additional time during peak mailing times, such as holidays.

MailSaver

For items weighing up to one pound in weight in total can be sent using our MailSaver service for as little as $7.95. Please indicate in the Shopping Basket if you wish to use this popular lower cost service. Should the goods weigh more than one pound in total, then the package will be dispatched using the Standard service and charged accordingly.

Orders will normally arrive in 6 to 8 business days after dispatch. Please allow additional time during peak mailing times, such as holidays.

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico

Please note that we do not charge any additional Shipping & Handling Charges for orders being dispatched to AK, HI and PR.

APO/FPO

Charged at the same rate as our Standard service above, but orders will normally take 10 to 20 business days after dispatch to arrive.

Canada

Standard service and MailSaver service equally apply to orders being shipped to addresses within Canada. However, please allow up to an additional 4 working days.

This additional delivery time is shown as a precaution, as experience indicates normal US mainland delivery times (as shown above) are what can be expected outside peak mailing times, such as holidays.

International

For orders received from all other countries outside the USA, Canada and the European Union, these are processed through our warehouses and when ready are shipped via International delivery for as little as $13.95.

Additional Shipping Charges

Oversized Orders: In all instances and regardless of destination, Annabel Chaffer reserves the right to make additional Shipping & Handling Charges for very large heavy Orders. In such an event, we will email you to advise you as to those additional charges prior to your Order being fulfilled.

Duties, Taxes and Government Levies

Important Information Regarding Canadian and International Shipments: All recipients are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes and other levies raised by the regulatory authorities in all countries.

Whilst we do not anticipate any such duties, taxes and other charges applying to the goods we ship to customers throughout the United States, Annabel Chaffer cannot accept responsibility for all such charges and these charges will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Changing Shipping Information

Once an Order have been submitted, we are sorry that we are unable to change any part of your Order. This is because your Order will have been passed already through to our payment processor and through various security and anti-fraud checks.

Our fast order processing has been established for our customers benefit, so that we can provide speedy fulfillment and maintain the standard of service expected of Annabel Chaffer.

Delivery Information

Delivery periods for Standard, MailSaver and International services as shown above are stated guaranteed delivery times. For most times of the year, typical delivery times will tend to be at the low end of the guaranteed delivery times. However, allowance should be made for additional working days for deliveries during peak holiday periods.
